Do you have a retail store?


No, however you can always order items online or visit us at a train show in your area.




I already have some wooden tracks. Are your wooden tracks compatible?


Yes! All major brands of wooden tracks are compatible including Thomas, Brio, Melissa & Doug, Kidkraft, and many others not listed here.




Where's my stuff?


Orders tend to ship within 3-5 business days, however actual ship time may vary based on the time of year and the quantity of orders coming in to our server. We will do our best to ensure everyone gets their products in a timely manner. If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact us.




How can I get updates about Train Shows and Special Offers from Aunt Heidi's Toys?


There are many ways to recieve updates from us. You can always subscribe to our e-mail list at the bottom of this page, or feel free to like us on facebook.




What if I am dissatisfied with my purchases?


We want you to be 100% satasfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of recieving the item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return and a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.




Do you gurantee your products?


Absolutely! If something is wrong with the item you recieved, please contact us and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
